Do you color your hair? Do you use the right shampoo/conditioner for your color treated hair? Do you like your color-safe hair products? Personally, I do color my hair and it’s very important to me to use hair products that protect my color for as long as possible, while keeping my hair as healthy as possible. A lot of color-safe shampoos just don’t do the trick. They don’t seem to being doing much, and I’ll even end up double shampooing to make sure all the build up is washed out only to realize that the back of my head is still greasy.

Recently, I was lucky enough to receive a complementary set of Fekkai’s new Technician Color Collection from Influenster and Fekkai. This collection includes a shampoo, conditioner, and treatment masque (and they’re all in adorable pink bottles). This collection is free of silicones, sulfates, phthalates, parabens, and gluten. It’s also vegan and cruelty-free. Fekkai promises “long-lasting color protection and added vibrancy powered by Mirabelle Plum Seed Oil for color that lasts in a flash”. The bottles are also made from 95% recycled plastic.

I cannot say enough about this product! First of all it smells like grapefruit; even my boyfriend mentioned how good my hair smelled after using it. Second, you can feel it working and you don’t have to use a ton. I really appreciate a sulfate free, gluten free shampoo that actually works!
